Please include your device model, iOS version, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and a screenshot or screen recording when it helps explain the issue. Do not send sensitive personal information.

Subscriptions

MoveMint Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. For billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund questions, use Apple App Store subscription and purchase support tools first. MoveMint can help investigate app behavior, but it cannot access your payment card details.

Reminders

MoveMint reminders are optional local notifications. If reminders do not appear:

  1. Open MoveMint and check Settings and Reminders.
  2. Open iOS Settings, then Notifications, then MoveMint.
  3. Confirm notifications are allowed and that your workday schedule is set as expected.

Apple Watch

The first release focuses on the iPhone experience. Apple Watch companion behavior may be limited or changed while Watch sync is being validated.

Privacy

The current release is local-first and does not require an account. Read the MoveMint Privacy Policy.
